Amazon forest is very important to the south America economy as most of the people’s income comes from them working in the different forest sectors of the amazon.
The Amazon forest is being seen as a source of income to the country’s economy as it provides 6.5 million jobs to people and,
”the goods produced in the amazon forest are being exported to all South American countries and the Brazilian domestic demand.”The two main sectors which helps to benefit the economy and at the same time causing deforestation in the amazon, is the cattle-ranching sector as well as the soybean agricultural crop sector. Since this two sector needs vast open spaces to rear as well as to grow, many parts of the amazon forest is often cut down to give in the these business who help to benefit the economy of Brazil but not in an acceptable way.
These two sectors also helps to benefit the economy of Brazil especially, as there is rather high demand of meat in the world and by having Brazil to be part of the world’s exporters of meat, it can aid Brazil in it’s economy, and with high demand for soybean to be used of animals feeds, it can help in the country’s economic by selling the soybeans at a high price
But having this two sectors to help benefit the economy of the country is not enough.

Most drugs that reach Europe and United States are not farmed in the region, but Amazon Rainforest serves as a path to drug dealers to deliver their production.”Although,the cattle-ranching and soybean agriculture sector plays a bigger part in benefiting the economy of Brazil,but there are substantial part to benefiting the amazon economy with illegal activities such as drug dealings, biological trades and wood cutting.
It may be true that those drugs are not being produce and grown in the amazon forest but they are apart of the benefiting in the economy of Brazil as the drug-traffickers uses the amazon forest to deliver their production.
Biological trading “also illegal, is one of the worst activities in the Amazon rainforest because it exploits the wild life, usually threatening the most endangered species.”
Biological trading benefits the economy in Brazil in directly as, animals, with some being endangered species are often being caught in the amazon forest and get sold out of the countries as prized pets which cannot be found in your normal pet stalls. It benefits the economy when such animals are being sold at a really high price or when such animals are in demand with plenty of illegal buyers who wouldn’t mind buying them at a high price.
Another sector which is not promising to aid the economy of Brazil is tourism. But, “This is also a sector that can bring great economic benefits to the region along with environmental protection, since a clean ecosystem is what the tourists are looking for.”

us the people cause deforestation because we need jobs, but we need to take care of the forests because if we keep cutting them down evenualy we will not have them no more and i get we have so we can plant them back but we will run out of them to.
